Care

• All our products are made of natural materials and thus will change over time subject to environmental factors like humidity, temperature, and placement. To maintain the look and integrity of each piece, we recommend following the guidelines provided below.
• Spot clean with a soft damp cloth. Avoid standing or kneeling on woven furniture to prevent breakage. If you live in a dry climate, woven furniture can be lightly misted with a spray bottle once a month and hydrated annually with boiled linseed oil.

Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders of $200 or more. Does not apply to furniture delivery and/or previously placed orders. Additional fees apply for express or overnight shipping, where available.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Learn more about our return policy here.
