Shipping

What are your delivery times?

Orders are received and processed within 1-3 business days. Transit time is subject to the size and value of the order, but typically will not exceed 5 - 8 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing within 2 business days from the following business day.
How much will shipping cost?

We currently offer the following economy domestic shipping rates:

  • 0lb-1.99lb: $7.00USD
  • 2lb-4.99lb: $9.00USD
  • 5lb and up : $14.00USD

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Other premium shipping rates can be added at checkout and vary in price depending on selected carrier.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

We currently ship to the US & select Canada locations only and do not offer any other international shipping options at this time. Please reach out to customer service for further information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and E gift cards. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. Applicable sales tax and shipping fees will be charged on all orders when applicable. If a Casa Zuma E gift card is used for the partial payment, you will first be refunded onto the E gift card and the remaining balance will be refunded onto the second form of payment used for the order.

How do I return my product?

To start a return, you can click here.  You can expect your return to be processed within 14 days of your accepted return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you believe you received the wrong product from your order, please contact customer service so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What if my product arrives damaged?

While we make every effort to protect against shipping damages, occasionally an item will be mishandled in transit. In this circumstance, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receipt of your order.

If a replacement is available, we will process and send it to you at no additional cost.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not accept exchanges with the exception of receiving a defective, damaged or wrong product.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you believe your order meets the above criteria.

Gift Cards

Where can I send a E gift card?

E gift cards can be delivered anywhere, at any time, and will be emailed to the recipient. You will receive an email confirmation when the E gift card has been delivered.

How do I redeem my E gift card?

You can redeem it online by entering the E gift card code on the Billing page at checkout.

What if I can't find my E gift card?

Be sure to thoroughly check all your folders (including your spam folder) in your email account. If you're still having trouble and can't find it, contact customer support.


Please note that we are unable to reissue E gift cards that have been lost or stolen.
