When we spotted a rustic terra cotta wine bucket in Italy a few years back, we knew we wanted to create something similar for our own home—albeit in true Casa Zuma style. Which meant working with artisans outside San Miguel to create a sculptural wine bucket from local clay that's as beautiful as it is functional. Porous terra cotta naturally keeps your french rosé or crisp albariño nice and cool—we like to keep it in the freezer when not in use to give it extra chill-factor. It’s also a striking vessel styled with branches or filled with kitchen tools next to the stove.
