Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can click here. You can expect your return to be processed within 14 days of your accepted return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns / Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, merchandise returned within 30 days of the merchandise delivery date will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 30 days of the merchandise delivery date, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return shipping label is provided and used, those return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refunds for orders placed through Facebook and Instagram directly, will be issued as store credit only.
Refunds for Furniture items must be in sellable condition and be returned with the original packaging, less a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is processed, shipping instructions or a shipping label will be provided. All items must be sent back in the original packaging. For non-furniture items, if the original packaging is unavailable, you will be responsible for arranging equivalent packaging (both external box and protective materials). Returns that are soiled, damaged, or altered may not be accepted.
Casa Zuma cannot accept returns on final sale or vintage pieces.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. You can expect your return to be processed within 14 days of your accepted return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Final Sale Items
Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
