Care 

• Our products are made of natural materials and thus will change over time subject to environmental factors like humidity, temperature, and placement. In all cases, natural materials prefer simple cleaners and mild castile soap applied with a natural fiber cloth or sponge.
• Clean with water applied along the grain with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. For scratches and scuffs, apply a finish restoring solution or a stain marker. Test in an inconspicuous area to ensure proper color match.

Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders of $200 or more. Does not apply to furniture delivery and/or previously placed orders. Additional fees apply for express or overnight shipping, where available.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
